Education Staff Union to Support Xinjiang!
A Union to Accelerate Chinese (Han) Transfer to East Turkestan
As part of China's policies aimed at intensifying the transfer of the Chinese (Han) population to East Turkestan through various means, a special union called the "Education Staff Union to Support Xinjiang" was recently established under the supervision of a group of Chinese universities.
According to news published on the official Chinese propaganda
website "Tengri Tagh," the establishment of this union was officially
announced on July 7, 2025, in the city of Karamay, East Turkestan. The
announcement involved the participation of 19 Chinese universities, including:
China University of Petroleum (the leading entity), Beijing Jiaotong
University, North China Electric Power University, Xi'an University of
Electronic Science and Technology, and other educational institutions.
The news report stated that the new union, established at the
China University of Petroleum's branch in Karamay, aims to:
- Establish
a joint base for political education.
- Develop
specialized educational curricula.
- Enhance
teachers' and students' understanding of the strategic importance of the
East Turkestan region.
The report added that the Chinese government encourages young
people from various Chinese provinces to come and settle in East Turkestan,
noting that the number of students who complete their studies and decide to
stay and work in the region is continuously increasing, with students from
Chinese provinces accounting for 85% of them.
Despite claims that this union was established to develop the
education sector in East Turkestan, the reality indicates that it was primarily
created to intensify the transfer of the Chinese population, especially
unemployed graduates, to the region. The content of the news itself also
contains clear references to this objective.
Chinese authorities are forcibly displacing large numbers of
Uyghurs and other Turkic peoples to mainland China, subjecting them to forced
labor. In contrast, they are bringing Chinese (Han) people to East Turkestan
and providing them with significant facilities, such as free housing, high
salaries, and stable jobs.
The ultimate goal of this is to change the demographic
composition and erase identity. This policy aims to achieve two main
objectives: first, to solve the unemployment crisis in China's interior cities
by sending the unemployed to East Turkestan, and second, to change the
demographic structure of East Turkestan by making the Chinese (Han) element
dominant over the indigenous population, thereby accelerating the complete
process of "Sinicization" of the region.
Thus, China continues to implement its comprehensive plan that
combines displacement, oppression, and population replacement, as part of a
systematic ethnic cleansing policy targeting Uyghur and Turkestani identity.
