Kuwaitis: A Legacy of Kindness & Goodness

In a time when events accelerate, positions overlap, and narratives diverge, a person often finds themselves facing hidden anxiety. If left unchecked, this anxiety quickly transforms into a disruptive state that unsettles the heart, shakes convictions, and burdens the mind with unstable expectations.

Disorder is nothing but the loss of tranquility. When vision becomes clouded, questions multiply, doubts crowd in, and the balance by which one judges matters disappears.

The Value of Certainty

Here emerges the value of certainty—not as mere information to memorize, but as a lived force. Certainty is decisive knowledge that dispels doubt, quiets suspicion, and transforms into inner stability unshaken by changing circumstances.

Certainty is not an escape from reality nor ignorance of dangers. It is the deepest form of awareness and the strongest expression of trust: a transition from fear to surrender, and from surrender to conscious action.

This certainty rests on a fundamental principle: that everything in this universe—despite its complexity—is governed by divine wisdom. Nothing escapes it. From this springs serenity that does not cancel caution but prevents collapse.

Faith as a Source of Balance

When the supports upon which a person relies—wealth, relationships, or even self-confidence—are shaken, faith-based certainty emerges as a solid foundation. It restores balance and drives initiative rather than retreat.

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Acts of goodness protect against evil ends, calamities, and destruction. The people of goodness in this world are the people of goodness in the Hereafter.”

This is not merely an ethical recommendation but a continuing divine law. Goodness is a reserve stored for hardships and a cause that repels affliction.

Kuwait: A Nation of Goodness

Looking at Kuwait, we find that goodness here is not incidental but a deeply rooted identity. Before oil and after it, Kuwait has been a land of generosity and benevolence, offered without expectation of reward or thanks.

It is no coincidence, in light of these divine laws, that this country has witnessed moments of preservation and support beyond calculations, as during the invasion crisis.

From Fear to Directed Certainty

Recalling these meanings does not invite relaxation but correction of direction: from scattered fear to guided certainty, from reaction to conscious action embodied in repentance, reform, strengthening cohesion and national unity, rallying around leadership, and adhering to instructions.

Let us renew our covenant with God, and let us remain—as we have always been—people of generosity in times of ease and people of steadfastness in times of hardship.

May God protect Kuwait, its people, and its leadership, and make it a land of security and unending goodness.
